We work with the major public cloud platforms and with hybrid environments where they are already in use. We start with your existing contracts, workloads, operating skills and constraints rather than treating a provider choice as a foregone conclusion.

Questions and answers
A focused architecture review may take a few weeks. A platform foundation, migration programme or team enablement effort can span several months. We agree a first useful outcome, decision points and a review cadence before delivery begins.
Yes. We can map application and data dependencies, assess readiness, sequence migration waves and define rollback conditions. You can use the resulting plan with your own engineers or ask us to join delivery for specific workstreams.
We work with your security owners to identify risks, define identity and network boundaries, and place testable controls into delivery workflows. Recommendations are specific to the service and do not replace your internal security review or legal obligations.
We help teams select signals that answer operational questions, create service-level objectives, reduce dashboard noise and improve incident context. That can include metrics, logs, traces, alert routes and runbooks, using tools already available to your organisation.
Support options depend on the engagement and are set out in writing. Standard support hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 GMT. A 24/7 critical incident route is available only for clients whose agreement includes critical support.
We price on an agreed scope and delivery shape, with transparent assumptions and review points. Discovery can be a fixed, bounded piece of work; longer delivery may use milestones or an agreed time-based model. We discuss changes before they alter the plan.
We work across UK, European and North American time zones using a combination of live workshops, written decisions, shared delivery boards and regular technical reviews. We protect overlap time for decisions and avoid using meetings as a substitute for clear documentation.
Yes. We have experience with teams operating under significant governance, security and audit expectations. We align to the client’s controls and evidence needs; we do not claim that our work itself constitutes certification or guarantees compliance.
Your organisation retains ownership of client-specific deliverables, configurations and code produced for the engagement, subject to the written terms. We document decisions, train maintainers and agree a practical transition rather than making a handover an afterthought.
Team enablement is part of how we work. We pair on implementation, explain the reasoning behind patterns, create operating documentation and make time for walkthroughs. We want your engineers to understand the choices and be able to improve them.
Contracted critical-support clients should use the 24/7 escalation details in their engagement plan. Severity 1 target acknowledgement is 30 minutes and Severity 2 is 2 hours for the applicable agreement. Do not rely on a website form as an emergency channel.
Yes. A bounded review can map current constraints, surface material risks and recommend a sequenced path. We agree what evidence is in scope and leave you with a usable record of findings and options.
